Danielle is the Clinical Director of our North Carolina locations. Her first experience with the neuro-diverse population began when she volunteered ata special recreation association. Since then, she has worked in ER hospitals with Child Life Specialists, on the pediatric unit with children of varying needs, and then found the world of ABA after graduating from Illinois State University with her Bachelor’s in Child and Family Development. She went on to pursue her Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. She has experience delivering ABA services in a variety of settings including clinics, homes, schools, daycares, summer camps, alternative family living, and group homes. She grew up just outside of Chicago, IL and moved to NC in 2017 to be near her family. She enjoys movie nights, swimming and sharing stories of her farm life (goats, chickens, bunnies, and more!). Danielle loves getting the team together for bonding and helping our staff be the best therapists they can be for our clients!

Emily's passion and purpose in life is to help others. She believes that providing ABA therapy to a child can make a huge impact on their lives and development as well as being a huge support to the child's family and being able to be a part of the process is an honor. Emily loves being the first point of contact to establish a supportive relationship with the family. Madison Kelly is a BCBA in Atlanta, Georgia who is passionate about fostering independence through compassionate care. She joined Center for Autism Nurturing as an RBT and has worked in the field of applied behavior analysis for 3 years. Having grown up and surrounded by family and friends with ASD diagnoses, Madison has always had a particular interest in caring for members of this community. Whilst earning her bachelor's degree in psychology, she worked as a dance teacher for people of all ages and a class specially designed for people with developmental delays and physical disabilities. These experiences led to her desire to pursue a master's degree in behavioral psychology from Pepperdine University and transitioned from the world of dance to the field of applied behavior analysis. She currently lives just outside of Atlanta in a home she recently purchased with her partner and spends her free time listening to podcasts, crocheting, crafting, and doting on her three silly cats.

Michael has experience in healthcare administration, public accounting, financial reporting, financial management and accounting systems, mergers and acquisitions, turnarounds, business analytics, government healthcare initiatives, electronic health record systems, and grants compliance audits. The former CFO of a private equity owned hospital group; his experience includes GAAP accounting, financial statement audits, financial reporting, buy and sell side diligence, healthcare specific reporting (CMS, AHA, etc.), third party payer contract analysis and negotiation, analyzing and presenting statistical information, management of system selection and implementation projects, management of successful attestation to meaningful use of the EHR incentive program, development of policies and procedures in financial, privacy, and information technology, developing and implementing more efficient of cost effective approaches to work situations and evaluating internal control practices.

Mikayla Flick is Center for Autism Nurturing's Revenue Cycle Manager. Mikayla started several years ago as a Behavior Technician, quickly moving up the ranks form there to Registered Behavior Technician, and then to Lead Registered Behavior Technician. Mikayla has so much passion for ABA and advanced in the role of Intake Manager and now Revenue Cycle Manager. Not only is Mikayla dedicated to ABA and Center for Autism Nurturing, she loves spending time with and visiting her family in Connecticut.

Yes, you read that right—I’m afraid of heights, but I tackle that fear head-on. After all, life’s greatest adventures happen outside our comfort zones. Throughout my career, I’ve donned many hats: strategist, mentor, problem-solver. But above all, I’m a growth catalyst. I’ve transformed challenges into opportunities, leveraging my strategic thinking and unwavering dedication. Whether it’s streamlining processes, fostering collaboration, or championing innovation, I thrive on making a positive impact. As a leader, I’m not the distant figure behind a mahogany desk. Instead, I’m the one who rolls up their sleeves, listens intently, and shares a laugh during lunch. My door is always open, and my inbox never too full for a colleague’s idea or concern. Why? Sydney Embler is the Site Manager in Charlotte, North Carolina. She has been working with the company for almost three years now. She has worked with children over the past decade and with the last several of those years being directly with the autism population. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and her Masters Degree in Parent/Child and Adolescent Development from Liberty University. She currently resides in Harrisburg, NC with her husband, daughter, and two doggies. She loves spending time with her family and doing puzzles in her spare time. You can find her at Chick-fil-A for most meals, it’s her favorite!
