Our Culture

Open. Inclusive. Innovative.

We maintain an open, inviting culture because our work requires the input of many stakeholders. Depending on the situation, our multidisciplinary team approach may include school personnel, clinical professionals, probation officers/court personnel, and/or the Department of Family & Children Services. Our relationship with each of these stakeholders is robust, which leads to effective communication and critical community involvement.

It is crucial that our culture emphasizes open engagement among team members. If you’re interested in joining the team at Center for Autism Nurturing, you’ll find an organization that is more than approachable. We’re welcoming. Driven by purpose. Driven by the desire to help in novel and exciting ways.

We really care. That’s the most important thing. Being a father myself to a child with autism, there was just nothing out there for my son. It was depressing. It can feel very lonely. You can’t sleep, you’re stressed. I don’t want families to feel that way—and they shouldn’t have to. That is why I’m so passionate about what I do.
